Maison Golay started small: a luxury dessert business built on precision, seasonal ingredients, and an obsession with presentation. Every confection was designed like a small event of its own — considered, composed, and never left to chance.

Word travelled. Clients who hired us for a dessert table began asking us to help with the rest of the evening — the flowers, the flow, the feeling of the room. We said yes, and a second business was born inside the first.
